Hazardous driving. Gets too close to his opponent's car before attempting an overtake manoeuvre. This causes an accident with consequences for a third driver, also.
Although the cars may touch in this type of race, a safer manoeuvre should have been executed. Also, at the first sign of contact the driver could have eased off the throttle to avoid ramming his opponent\'s car.
